The packages describe standard cases. After an initial assessment, you receive a written quotation setting out the work, scope and final price. The agreed fee does not change during the engagement, and no extra professional cost is added without approval.
University, consular and visa-centre fees, CIMEA, stamps, delivery, travel, certified translations, apostilles, legalisations and external professionals remain separate. You keep control of your credentials and OTP codes, sign and submit applications yourself, and attend whenever your presence is required.Clear costs before we begin
After an initial review, Fidan sends a written proposal describing the activities, stages, fee and expected external costs. No paid service begins until the proposal is accepted.
It covers the guidance and administrative support listed in the written proposal.
University and application fees, visa-centre or consular charges, CIMEA, certified translations, apostilles or legalisations, stamps, postage, travel and independent professionals are separate and are contracted and paid directly by you.
Fidan Safarova is the sole service provider and contracting party. She agrees the engagement, performs the service and issues the related tax document.
